Ngā Miro's Story

Ngā Miro Health Centre was established in 1991, fulfilling the long-held dream of Princess Te Puea Herangi to improve the well-being of the people.

Since then, Ngā Miro Health has grown into a vital resource for the community, offering a wide range of services designed to support and empower whaanau in taking control of their own health.

Please note: This mahi uses the Waikato dialect convention of double vowels to represent long vowel sounds, in place of macrons. This choice reflects the regional context of the Ngaaruawahia participants who contributed significantly to its content.
